dogs that need a good home...

these are our dogs pickles (the english bulldog) and mogwai (the boston terrier)... unfortunately we are trying to find a new home for them.... we are saddened by this but we feel they would be better off somewhere else.... they do not seem to be very good with our son morris ... they are not very child friendly and are very demanding of  attention that we can not give them since the arrival of our son...they are use to being the center of attention ..... we have tried to make this work now for the past year and it just isnt so we would like to find them a good home... we would like to keep them together if at all possible they have been together for the last 5 years and seem to work well with each other... they both seem to get along with other dogs well to... we wanted you to know what you were in for  if you are interested in owning our dogs...
so here are the cons..... both dogs are around 8 years old.... they are not young pups... pickles does not do well with a ton of steps and is not good for long walks and needs to be kept in a cooler environment as she can overheat easy.... although she is a sucker for a good frisbee... even in pickles old age she is

still more energetic than any other bull dog i have seen and has a ton of spunk..... mogwai has been known to be a chewer if left alone for to long so please keep her in a crate when you are not home... both dogs come with crates and are trained to sleep in them ..... both dogs eat not super cheap food....

so the pros.... these dogs are very affectionate dogs...they are very loyal and funny and have a ton of character.... they would be perfect for someone who can devote lots of time to them.... they are both very house broken ... they love to play and have fun....they would make someone really great dogs... again i dont recommend them if you have small children.... it saddens us to let them go but know there is a home that would be better suited for them... if you have questions please ask... also if you are interested but unsure we would be glad to send them home with you for a trial couple of days...  thank you for your consideration...
